I forgot to order before the deadline. Can I still order photos of my student?

Yes, you can! Click 'Order Photos' from the menu and enter the access code you were given. If the access code doesn't work, give us a call or email us. 

My access code doesn't work. How do I get a new code to order?

Make sure you entered the website correctly. You should see the RWP logo where it asks for the access code. If that still doesn't work, you can give us a call or email us.

How can I change the background that I chose for my order?

Email us your order number and the background that you wish to swap your order to. You can find your order number in the confirmation email that was sent to you after submitting your order.

My student came home and said they took a picture without their glasses. Will they have their glasses on in their photos?

Yes, their glasses will be on in the printed photos. We sometimes ask the students to remove their glasses for one photo so we can fix any shine that occurs due to the lights flashing. 

I don't like my photo. Can I take a new one?

Yes. We want to make sure you have a great photo every year. We have multiple retake photo days scheduled at each school. 

Do retakes cost me anything?

No. We offer retakes at no additional cost to you. 

When will I receive my order?

Our production time is around 3-4 weeks from picture day. Orders are delivered to the school that the photo was taken at when ready. Each school handles distribution to the students. 

Everyone else got their photos, why did I not get mine?

You may not have received your order for a couple of different reasons. 1) An order was never submitted. When ordering online, make sure you complete all steps to the submission process. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. 2) Your order form was completed but no payment was included in the envelope. Give us a call to resolve. 3) You submitted the order using your name instead of the student's name. If this happens, we cannot locate a photo and the order is held until resolved. 

I tried calling you but no one answered or called me back.

We try to keep up with phone calls as best we can. From 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, chances are we are in a school taking pictures and cannot answer the phone. Emailing is usually faster.
